Rector of Tashkent State University of Economics, Doctor of Economics, Professor Teshabaev Tolqin Zakirovich made the opening speech. In his speech, he drew attention to the importance to be given to Artificial Intelligence in our age, as well as the need to carry out necessary studies to solve the philosophical and ethical problems of artificial intelligence in human life. Participants from Sweden, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and many other countries presented their presentations at the conference. Head of the Department of Philosophy of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Prof. Dr. Kasım MÜMİNOĞLU made his presentation titled “Socio-Philosophical and Aesthetic Problems of Artificial Intelligence in the Transhumanist Age” at the International Scientific and Applied Conference titled “WORLDVIEW HORIZON OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DEVELOPMENT”. Prof. Dr. Kasım MÜMİNOĞLU touched upon the issue that in the Transhumanist age, the area of use of artificial intelligence, in addition to human intelligence, has expanded to a very wide area. He emphasized that developing various mechanisms and methods to solve the socio-philosophical and aesthetic problems of artificial intelligence (AI) in the transhumanist era is a matter that needs to be carefully considered both in terms of technology and human rights, ethics and cultural values. What kind of approaches and strategies can be developed to solve such problems? Within the framework of these questions, Müminoğlu touched on how and at what points the socio-philosophical and aesthetic problems of artificial intelligence in the transhumanist era push the biological limits of humans in relation to human nature. Although many studies are being conducted on ways to train artificial intelligence systems to be ethical, he stated that these studies have not yet demonstrated complete success in artificial intelligence assuming moral responsibility. He briefly discussed the positive and negative aspects of AI in its areas of use, as well as the ethical and aesthetic problems that may arise in this area and the points reached by the search for solution suggestions. In addition, he emphasized that the artistic works produced with artificial intelligence, one of the new and important developments of the digitalizing world, are very important for the idea that the philosophy of transhumanism is conceptually based on a potential infrastructure, and expressed that the works produced by this artificial intelligence bring the concept of "artist" to a level where it is questioned again. Müminoğlu concluded his speech with the following words of Chomsky: “I do not believe that artificial intelligence will replace humans, as those who worry that it will replace or enslave humans say. A machine can surpass humans in processing data, but it cannot surpass humans in producing ideas. Thinking is not just about providing answers that can be discovered based on previously known or existing data, it is something that the machine does. Thinking begins with reframing the question and redefining the problem, and may include possibilities that did not exist before. This exceeds the capacity of the machine. Therefore, it is unnecessary to worry about the cancellation of human intelligence.
