To be a reliable university with an understanding that fully meets the needs and expectations of our internal and external stakeholders in all processes, to closely follow and implement technological developments within the scope of the Digital Transformation Project carried out by the Council of Higher Education and in which our University was selected as a pilot university, to continuously increase the quality level by giving importance to teamwork so that all personnel can be more competent and use their talents at the highest level within the framework of the Higher Education Quality Assurance Regulation, to establish quality awareness in our staff and students, to provide the necessary support for academic personnel to carry out every activity and project they want to carry out on time and at the desired quality, to prevent problems that may arise later by quickly producing the most appropriate, most accurate and most economical solutions, to be a University that educates students who are respectful of the society and environment we are in, and to contribute to the development of our province, region and country by constantly improving itself.
