The teams that advanced to the championship match of the university futsal tournament have been determined following yesterday’s semifinal games.
In the match played between the Department of History and the Department of Mathematics from 5:00 p.m. to 5:50 p.m., the Department of History secured a victory and became the first team to qualify for the final.
In the second semifinal match, held between 6:00 p.m. and 6:50 p.m., the Department of Kurdish Language and Literature faced the Department of Psychology. The Department of Kurdish Language and Literature won the match and earned the second spot in the final.
As a result, the championship match of the futsal tournament will be played between the Department of History and the Department of Kurdish Language and Literature.
The final match will take place today from 5:00 p.m. to 5:50 p.m. at the Faculty of Sports Sciences Indoor Sports Hall. All academic and administrative staff members, as well as students, are invited to attend the match.
