As part of an event organized by the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, speaker Hacı Ormanoğlu met with students. The conference titled “Journey to Success” was held on March 26, 2026, at 15:00 in the Ahmet Hamdi Tanpınar Classroom (AS106).
During the conference, coordinated by Vice Dean Assoc. Prof. Dr. Murat Alanoğlu, Ormanoğlu shared concrete examples of the challenges encountered on the path to success, drawing on his own life experiences. He explained how he overcame obstacles at different stages of his career, emphasizing that success is often achieved through patience, consistency, and the right strategies. Highlighting the importance of sustaining motivation, the speaker stressed that individuals should focus on long-term goals rather than short-term enthusiasm. He also noted that making realistic plans, managing time effectively, and remaining open to continuous learning are key factors in achieving success. In addition, he advised participants to view failures as learning opportunities and encouraged them to persevere without giving up.
The conference concluded with Acting Dean Prof. Dr. Kasım Müminoğlu presenting a certificate of appreciation to Hacı Ormanoğlu in recognition of his contributions.
