A “Course and Examination Schedule Coordination Meeting” was organized by the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences in order to ensure that educational and instructional activities are carried out in a planned, orderly, and effective manner.
The meeting, coordinated by Vice Dean of the Faculty Assoc. Prof. Dr. Murat Alanoğlu, was held on December 17, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in the Faculty Dean’s Meeting Hall. In line with the goal of making the academic processes conducted within the faculty more efficient, course allocations and examination schedules were comprehensively reviewed.
The main agenda of the meeting focused on coordinating course schedules in harmony among departments and developing plans to prevent possible conflicts during the upcoming examination periods. Within this framework, various arrangements were discussed to ensure the smooth operation of the academic calendar, balance the teaching workloads of academic staff, and enable students to benefit from the educational process to the maximum extent.
