Field visits conducted to disseminate and ensure the sustainability of the quality culture at Muş Alparslan University continue. Within this scope, the MAUN Quality Coordination Office paid a visit to the Faculty of Arts and Sciences Quality Coordination Office.
The meeting, held on 12.12.2025 in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences Meeting Hall, was attended by MAUN Quality Coordinator Prof. Dr. Selva Staub; Quality Coordination Office staff Lecturer Emine Orhan and Computer Operator Sultan Ateş; Acting Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences Prof. Dr. Kasım Müminoğlu; Vice Deans Assoc. Prof. Dr. Murat Alanoğlu and Assist. Prof. Dr. Esra Çıplak; as well as members of the faculty quality coordination office.
Within the scope of the visit, the current status of the improvement plans prepared by the faculty units was examined in detail, and the sustainability of the activities carried out was evaluated. A general framework regarding how the internal quality assurance system operates within the faculty was presented, and emphasis was placed on the strengths of existing practices as well as areas in need of improvement.
During the meeting, mutual consultations were also held on possible improvements to ensure that quality assurance processes are carried out more effectively and efficiently, suggestions aimed at strengthening the faculty’s institutional capacity, and targets for the upcoming period. The participants emphasized the importance of inter-unit cooperation in further embedding the quality culture within the institutional structure.
The productive meeting concluded with evaluations, followed by goodwill wishes regarding the shaping of work plans for the upcoming period and the sustainability of monitoring processes.
