As part of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences Kurdish Language and Literature Department seminars, a presentation titled “Tabîrên Goran û Goranî û Hewreman û Hewremanî / The Terms Goran and Gorani, and Hewreman and Hewramani” was held on Tuesday, 1 December 2025, at 14:00.
The seminar was delivered by Dr. Muderês SEÎDÎ, a faculty member of the Encyclopedia of the Islamic World of Iran, in Room 204 of the Ahmed-i Hani Classrooms at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences. The session was moderated by Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Semih GEZER, faculty member of the Kurdish Language and Literature Department at our university.
The seminar, attended by our university’s faculty, students, and guests from outside the university, took the form of a presentation followed by a Q&A session. At the end of the seminar, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Murat ALANOĞLU, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, presented Dr. Muderês SEÎDÎ with a Certificate of Appreciation on behalf of the Faculty and the Department of Kurdish Language and Literature.
